Information about Prof. Dr. Werner Gitt: He completed an engineering degree at the Technical University of Hanover and was an assistant at the Institute of Control Engineering at the Technical University of Aachen. After completing his doctorate, he was Head of the Information Technology Department at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Braunschweig. Later he was appointed director and professor at PTB. He has dealt with scientific issues in the fields of computer science, numerical mathematics and control engineering and has published the results in numerous original scientific papers and lectured at scientific conferences or at universities in Germany and abroad. In addition to his professional activity, he dealt intensively with the Bible. He has published numerous publications on the topic of science and the Bible and has given many lectures at home and abroad.

Information about Dr. Roger Liebi: He studied music, theology and the languages of the biblical world (Greek, classical and modern Hebrew, Aramaic, Akkadian). He has worked as a Bible translator on various projects, including the Schlachter 2000. At the STH Basel he teaches archeology of the Old Testament as a high school lecturer. As a speaker and Bible teacher, he works in various countries and is the author of numerous publications.

Information about Prof. Dr. John Lennox: He is Professor of Mathematics at the University of Oxford and a Fellow for Mathematics and Philosophy of Science at Green Tempelton College. As part of his academic work at Oxford, Lennox focuses on the relationship between science and religion. Lennox became known to a large, international audience through his public debates with Richard Dawkins (The God Delusion) and Christopher Hitchens (The Lord is not a Shepherd) and his book, Did the Science Burying God ?.

A Shocking Message!

When American missionary Paul Washer gave this sermon at a youth conference in 2002, it seemed like a shock to the approximately 5,000 young people present! Neither the preacher nor the audience foresaw that this message – translated into many languages and disseminated on the Internet – would once more shake millions of younger and older people.
He emphatically denounces methods of evangelism that largely hide the "narrow gate" and the "narrow path" and offer a "cheap grace" without genuine repentance. Even though this lecture contains exaggerations and alludes to American conditions (which, however, are increasingly becoming visible to us as well), the content and the original style of presentation has not changed. This sermon/scripture is sure to meet with outrage or contempt – but on the other hand will bring about a salutary self-examination, humiliation and correction in many readers.

Is music really neutral?

With the argument that music is basically neutral, breath rhythmic singing has been replaced in many communities in recent years by a pop-and rock-inspired motor-rhythmic music. From a biblical, music-scientific and artistic point of view (including concrete examples) Dr. Roger Liebi in the following lecture among other things with the following questions:
